2017 the year to manage the most difficult person in your business

I sent out a letter to a selection of my clients which also included a One Page Business plan – I wanted to share the cover letter that I wrote out, my friend and client Adam, got in touch with me over the festive season and thanked me stating this was the best ever gift he’d received this year, were due to meet and go over his plans for 2017……….. anyway as below:

I’m going to dive in with something that I think you’ll like, this is information that I have shared with others over the years, and it’s that:

Most people are looking for a solution that is outside of themselves, they look to change their circumstances – but not change themselves.

“All permanent and lasting change starts on the inside and works its way to the outside.” Quote Lou Tice.

At this time we all begin to look at the New Year with a fresh set of eyes, we’re all too aware of the amount of diets, and gym memberships that begin on the 1st January, and for most entrepreneurs they will look at their business.

With the enclosed One Page Business Plan this should help you with a practical framework which should include thought on how you manage yourself, how to deal with your weaknesses and ultimately how to establish your routines, essentially routines and habits are the secret sauce for the most successful people in the world, any Olympian would agree with this I’m sure.

My truth is that success is a choice, and I have seen many people achieve success without the silver spoon in their mouth, without being in the right place, at the right time. Simply put success just doesn’t find you; it’s a choice, the same as health choices and relationships choices.

You have a unique journey to find what the success path is for you, yours is different to everyone else’s and that’s where some call providence, destiny or fate lies in front of you, but the choices that you make are predominately what sets up your opportunity for success.

“If you do what is easy, your life will be hard, if you do what is hard, your life will be easy”. Quote Les Brown.

Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year; I hope this positively influences you – as always please feel free to get in touch.
